Suzy’s Favorite Roasted Red Pepper and Grated Potato
  • Pre-Heat Oven to 375 degrees
  • Wash, Peel and Grate 5 Organic Yellow Potatoes
  • Use a generous amount of Organic Olive Oil to spread on baking sheet
  • Spread prepared potatoes on baking sheet
  • Generously drizzle with Organic Olive Oil
  • Add Organic Salt and Organic Ground Black Pepper for taste
  • Back for 35-40 or until desired crispiness
  • Add two tablespoons of One Heart’s Roasted Red Pepper Sauce
  • Season with Fresh or Dried Dill and drizzle with Olive Oil
